Preferred Class Structure Report

The Society of Actuaries (SOA) and Medical Information Bureau (MIB), supported by a subcommittee of the Individual Life Insurance Experience Committee, performed an analysis of preferred class structure data from statistical agent submissions. This material is being presented at the 2015 SOA Annual Meeting. A number of areas for further analysis were identified in preparing this report. We expect other areas to be identified as a result of this presentation and in reaction to this report. This additional analysis will be reflected in a second version of this report.
