SOA Section Bylaws and Addenda

The SOA Board of Directors approved the latest revisions to the SOA section bylaws and addenda at the March 2009 Board meeting.

Section bylaws: Learn about the section council, voting, officers, committees, duties of the officers of the council, activities, finances and more. Section bylaws apply to activities in all sections. Though the bylaws have not been officially revised since 2009, they are reviewed every year to ensure they are relevant and up-to-date. Section addendum: The addendum for each section highlights its unique characteristics. (Revised March 24, 2015)
