Course Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of CP 311 Strategic Management, you will understand the following learning objectives:
- Understand and apply strategic management concepts and frameworks to develop an organization’s business strategies and solutions;
- How sustainable growth and value can be created through strategic budgeting. The candidate will also understand measures of an organization’s value and their uses in decision making;
- How to apply decision making models to general managerial decisions within specified constraints; and
- The role organizational behavior plays in organizational decision-making and efficacy.
